Kids rock team
Lead Team - Kaitlyn Beresford
Kids Rock is a special ministry for our youngest members of YA! It is time for kids ages 1-6 years old to come and learn about the love of God! It is a night of fun, games and Jesus! Our Kids Rock volunteers serve 1 week a month on average and get the privilege to invest in and minister to the next generation! No experience is required! All you need to do is come ready to serve the youngest members of our ministry and show them the love of Jesus by having a joyful and fun attitude!
Kids Rock is more than simply babysitting it is leadership development and an opportunity to pour into the next generation!

Our parking team are the first faces people see when they pull up to YA! Each week the parking team will meet at 6pm for a quick devo and run down for the night! Then we will be out in our positions by 6:15pm! From there we will assist people to park in either the church lot, Deane Elementary School, Ray Ross Park, or in the neighborhoods (LEGALLY haha)! This will go until about 7:00/7:10! After that you are free to go enjoy the service and enjoy the rest of your evening!
Parking is such an amazing chance to show the love of Jesus and set the tone for the night!
Our greeting team welcomes people to Young Adults and serves to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for people to walk into! Each week greeting team's job is to foster a fun and welcoming environment starting at the front doors and flowing all the way to the auditorium! Greeters are on the lookout for new people to welcome them, get them connected and make them feel at home! This team is high energy and outgoing and loves to welcome home prodigals with open arms!
The greeting team understands that we are a front porch for prodigals and fosters a warm and welcoming environment so that anyone and everyone to feels at home here at RRYA!
A primary focus of the YA InfoBooth team is to greet and welcome first time guests. Beyond coming for the message and worship, we want these new guests to feel like they are instantly part of the family. While we gather their information, we give them details about YA, how to get involved in our ministry and in the church overall, and offer them a parting gift.
The InfoBooth is also the place to go when current YA members want to get involved or are seeking out more information about the ministry. Our team is informed on the latest YA and Red Rocks Church news, so volunteers feel empowered when answering questions.
Overall, our goal is simple; meet, inform, and plant everyone in the YA family.
At YA Connect, the wonderful volunteers are the smiles, ears and resources for both new believers and new comers of Red Rocks. We seek the 'lost' help them get involved in the church; we also look to guide them in their life walk. We offer new believer packets that include a 30 day Devotional, a New Believers Bible (New Testament) and a copy of Shawn Johnson's book 'Transit'. Many other books and resources - even warm conversations - are available every week to everyone who stops at our table.
YA Connect volunteers are approachable and Embrace Every ONE.
